To get signed up for an Instructor Course Program, Please click on the Download documents and fill out all documents for your course.
You will also need to email us a Copy of your Provider Card for whichever discipline you wish to become an isntructor in (Heartsaver/BLS/ACLS/PALS) and also a copy of your Driver License. Next you will need to complete 4 Online courses.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Essentials Online (heart.org) $34.00

You will need to email these to us before the instructor Training Date. The Cost of your BLS Instructor training is $500. You will need to purchase Materials for your Instructor course. The Streaming version is awesome to get started and can be accessed right away. You are required to purchase the Videos and Instructor Manual to take any Instructor Course.
